Automate Content Pipeline

A content pipeline chains every step from topic input to published article — automated, with defined handoffs and review points. The typical stations are:

In the "Autopilot" module, start a new pipeline. Choose a template ("Magazine", "Affiliate", "Local Landing", "Glossary") or configure from scratch. Templates are a good starting point — they set proven defaults for word count, tone, and review strictness.

Define how many articles should publish per week and on which days. Autopilot then pulls keywords from your pool, generates them, and pushes them into the review workflow.

• › Auto-publish — no review, direct publish. Only for very well-tested templates.
• › Spot-check — 1 in 5 articles needs manual approval. Good middle ground.
• › Strict — every article needs manual approval. Recommended for brand-critical sites.

Three paths to publishing.

• › WordPress plugin — install, enter API key, done. Push as draft or published.
• › Webflow / Ghost / Strapi — native integrations via their APIs.
• › Custom CMS — webhook output: Rankion posts JSON to your endpoint on every approved article.

With "Start Pipeline", Autopilot runs continuously. The dashboard updates per second: keywords in pool, in generation, in review, published. Pause anytime or override individual steps.
